This will take the place of the Community Zero web site we've had for the last several years. Anyone can view the material here by visiting http://lakefestnation.blogspot.com.

Edward Zogby, SJ - RIP

I just learned from John Hollwitz that Ed Zogby died yesterday, June 16.  we tried to get him to Lakefest over the last couple of years, but failing health prevented him from coming.  I think Bill Buckley maintained some level of contact.  His wake & funeral are at Xavier High School in New York on Wed, June 22.  Here is an announcement from the parish of the Holy Cross, where I guess he helped out.

    A great loss. He was a truly wonderful guy. I spent sophomore year on 4th Nelligan and his door was never shut, and there was always someone in there - student, guy from the floor or someone from the faculty. He was close to Fr. Monan who was a frequent visitor. Living on that floor was right up there with living at the House.
